What is ROXDelta?
ROXDelta is a free tool designed to help HYROX athletes compare their race performances. Whether you're tracking your own progress across multiple races or comparing your results with training partners, ROXDelta provides detailed split-by-split analysis.
How It Works
Using ROXDelta is simple:
- Step 1: Find your race results on results.hyrox.com
- Step 2: Copy the URL of your first race result
- Step 3: Paste it into the first input field
- Step 4: Repeat with a second race result
- Step 5: View your detailed comparison with a waterfall chart and split table
What You'll See
ROXDelta breaks down your HYROX races into all 17 segments:
- 8 running segments (1km each)
- 8 workout stations (SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpees, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls)
- Roxzone transition time
The waterfall chart visualizes where you gained or lost time, making it easy to identify areas for improvement.
Use Cases
- Track Your Progress: Compare your races over time to see how your training is paying off
- Race Strategy: Identify which segments need the most improvement
- Training Partners: Compare performances with friends to motivate each other
- Pacing Analysis: See if you're going out too fast or leaving time on the table

ROXDelta is built with:
